Dr Ademola Adeyinka is the present Chairman of the Bank. Is a Surgeon of note and a Pastor in-charge of Area in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Abuja.

Afolabi R. Shola – MBA, ACIB, MCIB, AERP:
Afolabi R. Shola is now the new Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of Triple A Microfinance Bank Ltd. He joined the Bank as the Bank Manager and Head of Operations & Accounts. Before joining the Bank in May 2010, he had over seventeen (17) years of working experience in Retail Banking with Hallmark Bank Plc, Gateway Bank Plc, and Intercontinental Bank Plc (now ACCESS Bank Plc).
He is one of the pioneering staff of the Bank and as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, he is saddled with the responsibility of overall control and supervision of all activities of the Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin and a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
He is an Associate Member (ACIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB) with the same CIBN. Also, he is an Associate member (AERP) of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals of Nigeria.
MRS. ABIODUN, O. FOLAKE
Mrs. Abiodun, O. Folake, HND (Accountancy), MSc (Guidance & Counseling) married to Mr. John K. Abiodun a Chartered Banker & Retired Deputy Director with NDIC. Mrs. Abiodun is an ordained Pastor in The Redeemed Christian Church of God. She had over ten (10) years of working experience in Commercial before retiring after her meritorious service in the Banking Sector. Presently, she’s the Proprietress & Guidance Counsellor of Strong Tower Int’l Schools, Abuja, and has passionate about molding the lives of Pupils & people around her to fulfilling their God-given destinies. Mrs. Abiodun is the Chairperson of the Board Committee on Credit & Investment of the Bank.
MRS. IMODAGBE GLORIA OJORDUMI
Mrs. Imodagbe Gloria Ojordumi–Is a seasoned Commercial Enterprise Manager of repute with a marketing pedigree. She is a graduate of Delta State University with a great interest in societal poverty alleviation. Mrs. Imodagbe is a Pastor of The Redeemed Christian Church of God and she is married with children. Mrs. Imodagbe is the Chairperson of the Ad-hoc Committee on Share Capital & Investment of the Bank.
BARRISTER ROTIMI OJO
Barrister Rotimi Ojo–Is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has practiced in almost all the States of Nigeria and with Clients in Europe and America. He is also an Ordained Minister of the Gospel with the Redeemed Christian Church of God. Barrister Rotimi is the Principal Partner of Rotimi Ojo & Company with its Head office in Abuja, Nigeria. He is the husband of one wife with biological and spiritual children. He joined the Bank as a Shareholder and was elected as a Director in 2022. Presently, he is the Chairman of the Board Committee on Governance, Nomination & General Purpose of the Bank.
DR PAUL M. EGUN
Dr Paul M. Egun– Attended Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. He also holds MS and Ph.D degrees in Nuclear Physics from Ohio University, Athens Ohio, USA. He worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Mathematics and a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Physics, Ohio University. He moved to Switzerland after his doctorate degree and he worked there as a Postdoctoral Associate at the InstitutfuerMittelEnergiePhysik, ETH-Honggerberg, Zurich. He returned to the Centre for Energy Research and Training (CERT), A.B.U. in 1991. He took early retirement from A.B.U. in 2002 and has worked at Bologi Nigeria Ltd as the Managing Director to date. He is the Chairman of the Board Committee on Finance, Audit & Information Technology of the Bank.
MRS. OLUYOMBO, AJOKE GLORY
Mrs. Oluyombo, Ajoke Glory– holds a Bachelor of Agriculture in Agricultural Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. She has garnered significant experience from diverse enterprises in her over 30 years of work experience. She was a hospital Administrator at the Racheal Eye Center, Abuja from 1996 to 1998, Manager at ELTEES Limited from 1998 to 2000, Business Development Director at MAMRE Builders Limited, 2000 to 2010, Director at Head2Toe W. Limited Abuja from 2010 till date and Director at SY REHOBOTH Ventures from 2010 till date. Glory Oluyombo a trained Agricultural Economist is a multipreneur businesswoman; event planner, cleaning consultant, fashion designer, and boutique owner.
