Afolabi R. Shola – MBA, ACIB, MCIB, AERP

Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO)

Afolabi R. Shola is now the new Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of Triple A Microfinance Bank Ltd. He joined the Bank as the Bank Manager and Head of Operations & Accounts. Prior to joining the Bank in May 2010, he has had over seventeen (17) years of working experience in Retail Banking with Hallmark Bank Plc, Gateway Bank Plc and Intercontinental Bank Plc (now ACCESS Bank Plc).

He is one of the pioneering staff of the Bank and as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, he is saddled with the responsibility of overall control and supervision of all activities of the Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from University of Ilorin and Master Degree in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.

He is an Associate Member (ACIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB) with the same CIBN. Also, he is an Associate member (AERP) of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals of Nigeria.

Mrs. Shelleng Maria – PGD, MCIB
Head of Operations & Accounts

Mrs. Shelleng Maria is the new Head of Operations and Accounts of Triple A Microfinance Bank and now has the oversight responsibility for the Bank’s operations and Financial Control. She is a pioneer staff who joined the Bank in 2010 as a Funds Transfer and Cash Officer. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and PGD degrees in Business Administration. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Mrs. Aina F. Oluwakemi – MBA, CNA, FICCA, MCIB, ACIE, ACTI
Head of Audit & Compliance

Mrs. Aina F. Oluwakemi is currently the Head, Internal Audit & Compliance Department. She is an enthusiastic Banker with over seventeen (17) years of experience in banking and skilled in Auditing & Financial Analysis.  She worked with Union Homes Savings & Loans Plc for over 15 years before joining Triple A Microfinance Bank in 2014.

She is a member of Association of National Accountant of Nigeria (ANAN) and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Calabar and Higher Diploma in Accounting from Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo. Also, she is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Banker (MCIB) of Nigeria, Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI) and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Company and Commercial Account (FICCA).

Mrs. Adebiyi Folashade – MCIB
Head of Credit & Recollections

Mrs. Adebiyi Folashade has rich experience in Microfinance Credit Administration and Loan Recovery and joined Triple A Microfinance Bank in 2010. She holds a Bachelor degree in Political Science. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and has attended several local training programs in Microcredit Practice, and Market Research.

Ms. Ehikioya L. Ehiaghe – MCIB
Head of Cooperative and Corporate Business Department

Ehikioya L. Ehiaghe holds both a Diploma Certificate and Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and has vast skills in Baking, Beads Making, Interior decoration, and Fashion design. She joined Triple A MFB in 2014 as the Head of Cooperative & Corporate Business Department Skills Acquisition Training & Entrepreneurial Development and has facilitated several Skills Acquisition training programs on behalf of the Bank in the city of Abuja.

Mrs. Oshisanwo Olusola – MCIB
Head of Retail Banking & Customer Sustainability

Mrs. Oshisanwo Olusola is very knowledgeable in microfinance operations and has been in the Bank’s employment since 2010. She is currently the Head of Retail Banking & Customer Sustainability Department and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Also, she is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

Mr. Ugbeda E. Preacher – MCIB
Head of Information Technology/Human Resources & Admin/Secretary

Mr. Ugbeda E. Preacher is the Head of Information Technology Service (ITS) and the new Head of Human Resources & Admin. He began his professional career when he joined the Bank in 2010 as the I.T Support officer then later rose to the post of the position of Human Resources & Admin between 2012 and 2017, and was the Secretary to the Managing Chief Executive Officer of the Bank until recently. But now, he is also saddled with the responsibility of the Company Secretariat Management. Mr. Ugbeda E. Preacher has attended local and international training in ICT-related programs and he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
